Organizations grow haphazardly, adding and modifying structure and behaviour as a response to changes in task, leadership or environmental over time. It's often not until the organization is stressed by challenge that incongruities in design present themselves as rigid or fragile inefficiencies preventing effective response.These moments of confusion can be existentially terrifying, requiring tough decisions in the most chaotic and least desirable moments.  But, sorted reasonably they can also be realized as opportunities for great creative revision, refocus and revitilization.  Forge & Fly exists to take advantage of that moment, providing perspective and guidance by 1) a thorough balanced analysis of the organization's design related to its challenges and goals and 2) a particular concentration on the creative process, its effectiveness and appropriate application.
